Shipping Policy
If you are experiencing delays in your tracking, please contact your local postal service (for example USPS), and locate your tracking number. If you are unable to reach a resolution, or find a solution with your local postal service, please email us and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that orders are not considered missing until 14 business days for domestic (USA) orders.
Please note that if the wrong shipping address is provided at check out it is the buyers responsibility to pay for reshipping the items. We will try our best to ship to the correct address if the buyer emails with the correct address but it is not guaranteed the email will be seen before the products have been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, sometimes mistakes do happen, but we are always happy to make things right! If your item is damaged or faulty, or your order contains an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Take a photo of the item/s clearly showing the issues

Send the photos to meoyani@gmail.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue if it is not clear from the photo/s

Once we have looked over your case, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return incorrect items or to send out replacement items
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, we are willing to do exchanges. However, we must receive the original item back before we issue a refund. We will pay for the return postage. If this applies to you, then please follow these steps:

Email meoyani@gmail.com with the incorrect size vs. the one you are wanting to exchange with

If accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you at no cost

Once the item is received, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item itself, minus the original shipping cost. Refunds can take 3-5 business days

You will be emailed once the refund is issued, and you can then purchase the correct size
Cancelations
Cancelations are only accepted if the item has not been shipped yet. Please reach out to us through our contact page, or email us at meoyani@gmail.com for assistance.
